- Thermal dependence of blocking and reverse V-A characteristics of semiconductor devices
- Thermal dependence of forward characteristics of semiconductor devices
- Measuring dynamic parameters of MOSFET, BJT and IGBT
- Transient response of semiconductor switches for different types of load
- Thermal dependence of static characteristic of BJT and MOSFET
- Parasitic parameters of passive electronic components
- Thermal resistance and transient thermal impedance
- Reverse Recovery Characteristics
